You retain full ownership of any content you create using our suggestions. AI-generated content ideas and plans provided by Stratvo are licensed to you for your personal or business use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the social media platforms you use.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stratvoand are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stratvo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
